After years of having a website that didn’t necessarily reflect the Drew London team, current work, or our clients, we decided to take the plunge and create something that was undoubtedly Drew!

Hapa is a publication documenting diversity. Through portraiture, conversational interviews and archival family photos Hapa* explores concepts of identity and belonging in relation to being of mixed ethnic heritage.
Inspired by Brian’s grandmother, Valentina, the love they shared, and the encouragement she bestowed onto him, Brian travelled the world creating heaven-like dishes bringing the best of his global cuisine back to Brixton. Each dish will tell a story, and every story will resonate with the customer, taking them on a journey.
